We are not meeting in person this week, but all guild members are invited to join us and Jenny Haynes from Papper Sax Sten for her presentation "The Evolution of a Curve."
PLEASE NOTE the time change for this meeting. Jenny will begin her Zoom presentation at 9:30 am. Members can sign in as early as 9:15 am. A reminder email with the Zoom link will be emailed to you Friday evening.
-WORKSHOPS-
For those of you participating in the workshops, they will begin promptly at 10:30 am Saturday and Sunday. Please read your emails (sent by Gail) for the details and schedule. It is recommended that you print, measure and cut your templates before the workshop begins.
May 14, 10:30am - 3pm: Skinny Inset Strips
May 15, 10:30am - 3pm: Thistles, Cogs, and Caterpillar Wheels
-REMINDERS-
-April BOM are due by 11:59pm on 5/13. Tutorial can be found HERE. Tag us on Instagram or send a photo of your completed blocks to the guild email to be entered in the drawing.
-May BOM tutorial will be posted by the week following our meeting.
-There is no fabric raffle this month.
-Home Sew Happy Hour is 5/17 from 6-9pm.
-If you are participating in the inspirational fat quarter fabric swap, don't forget to purchase three coordinating quilt shop quality fat quarters for your partner. You will return these along with the original fat quarter at our meeting in June.
-Keep working on those charity quilts! Kits coming in June, but our goal is bigger than the amount of kits we have.
